COMMISSIONER'S SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That in pursuance of the
authority and direction contained in the decretal order of the Circuit Court of
Prairie County, Arkansas, made and entered on the 27th day of February, A.D.
2008, in a certain cause (No. CV-2007-50) then pending therein between Farmers
and Merchants Bank, plaintiff, and George Riley, Jr., defendant, the
undersigned, as commissioner of said court, will offer for sale at public venue
to the highest bidder, at the south door or entrance of the Prairie County
Courthouse, in which Court is held, in the City of DeValls Bluff, Prairie
County, Arkansas, within the hours prescribed by law for judicial sales on
Tuesday at 9:00 A.M. the 27th day of May, A.D. 2007, the following described
real property situated in the Southern District of Prairie County, Arkansas
to-wit:
Ten (10) Feet off of the North side of Lot Four (4) and all of lots
Five (5) and Six (6) in Block Forty Three (43) in Hurt's Addition to the Town of
Hazen, Arkansas.
TERMS OF SALE: On a credit of three (3) months, the
purchaser being required to execute a bond as required by law and the order and
decree of said court in said cause, with approved security, bearing interest at
the rate of $2.71% per day from date of sale until paid, and a lien being
retained on the property sold to secure the payment of the purchase
money.

LEGAL NOTICE
School Choice information for public school
patrons in the Wilbur Mills Education Service Co-op area which includes school
districts in Lonoke, Prairie, White and Woodruff Counties.
School Choice
allows parent's greater freedom in determining which school will be most
effective for meeting their child's needs. This might involve transferring
to a non-resident school district. An application to attend a non-resident
school can be obtained in the administration office of each school
district. Applications must be postmarked by
July 1, 2008 for the
2008-2009 academic year.
Requirements for acceptance will differ in
individual districts. If the student transfer is approved, the
non-resident school district will inform the resident school district of the
approved transfer. In the case of non-approval, parents may request a
hearing from the State Board of Education. For more information concerning
School Choice, contact the superintendent's office of your individual school
district.

This sale will be held Front Door of the Prairie County
Courthouse (Southern District - DeValls Bluff) pursuant to a judgment
entered in a civil action pending between United State of America, Rural Housing
Service f/k/a Farmers Home Administration, United States Department of
Agriculture, Plaintiff, VS. Janice Moore, Prairie Circuit No. CV-2007-58.
The
United States Marshal will accept the highest and best bid offered.
TERMS OF SALE: For cash or credit for 30 days with interest at
the rate of 10% per annum from the date of sale. If purchased on credit, payment
of the purchase price shall be secured by one of the following methods at the
purchaser's option: furnish corporate surety bond, or furnish a letter of credit
from a financial institution, or post a 10% down payment by check, cashier's
check or money order (NO CASH ACCEPTED). The corporate surety bond and letter of
credit shall be in the amount of the purchase price, plus interest at the rate
of 10% per annum from date of sale, and shall be subject to the approval of the
United State Marshal. The 10% cash down payment shall be forfeited in the event
of failure to pay for the property within 30 days, in which event the Marshal
shall resale the property. In the event of a cash down payment, the purchaser
shall pay interest on the balance of the purchase price at the rate of 10% per
annum from the date of sale. A lien against the property shall be retained to
further secure payment of the purchase money. The property will be sold subject
